OUR RESTAURANT

The kitchen is the pulsating heart of any Riad. In the hands of our talented cook Amina Lamdini, your experience of Moroccan cuisine will make you a devotee from the first mouthful. Everything from the yoghurt, bread and Moroccan pancakes, served for your roof-top breakfast, to the fish or chicken Pastilla and Tajine poulet au citron, is prepared in the kitchen of Riad Aslda. Where possible we use vegetables and herbs fresh from our own gardens, a short drive from Market.
